Almost everyone experiences a difficult time during some part of their life. For some, those experiences can feel overwhelming and they may need support to overcome the problems and emotional concerns that prevents them from fully enjoying or taking advantage of the opportunities in their lives. I have dedicated my professional life to helping my patients to feel better, to understand themselves and their behavior so that they can make good choices and create the life they desire.

For some mental health problems such as depression and anxiety, a comprehensive approach that includes the synergistic effects of both psychotherapy and medications has been proven to be the most effective. When appropriate I work closely together with a psychiatric specialist to optimize the treatment for my clients.

Providing you with a safe space to relax

Most of my clients prefer to meet with their therapist from the comfort of their home. For in-person sessions, all your appointments will take place in our soothing and private office environment.
